This is a role which requires extensive travel, particularly throughout Asia and Australia and is not your usual nine-to-five job. This is a full time position, however, you must be available for weekend work or travel.

You will be required to understand the use of the software in different business environments and be able to advise customers on its use as well as conduct training sessions. You will deliver both on-site and remote training sessions.

Essential Qualities:

• Outgoing personality with a positive, friendly 'can-do' attitude
  
• Well organised, with the ability to work autonomously
  
• Training/teaching experience
  
• Computer literate with knowledge/experience with business computer applications
  
• Confident communication skills
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Ability to work flexible hours

Our ideal candidate may also have:

• Accounting skills
  
• A 2nd / 3rd Asian language
  
• Experience in the fitness, spa or hospitality industry

This position is based in our busy Christchurch office in the suburb of Harewood. Applicants based in Melbourne or Brisbane may also be considered.

This role requires extensive international travel.

Application Support Personnel

Intelligenz is a Christchurch-based software company providing Membership, Bookings, CRM, Inventory, POS and Business software solutions to the fitness, spa, leisure and hospitality sectors worldwide.

We are currently looking for applications support staff to join our growing team. This role will entail identifying customer issues, developing solutions and following these through to a conclusion.

Successful applicants will be required to demonstrate maturity, good organisation skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a team environment. The ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner is of key importance, as many of our clients have few IT resources or expertise and may be located in countries where English is not the native language.

In addition to the above, successful applicants should have:

• Proven IT experience in a corporate or local government environment
  
• Microsoft experience (C#/ .Net /SQL Server environment; web portals/hosting
  
• Strong exposure to Business Applications
  
• Help Desk experience (although, skills and attitude are of more value)
  
• Confirmed New Zealand residency

The position requires flexible working hours, with shifts between 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday (totalling 40 hours per week), as well as an on-call rotation a few weekends a year, and is based in our Christchurch office.
